ATF's Proposed Stabilization Brace Regulation Now at the White House
The ATF has taken the next step needed to implement its new gun confiscation scheme by sending its final rule to the White House for review.

Obviously, this is all just a formality, with the Biden administration being the orchestrators for this tyrannical assault. The rule will soon be approved and implemented, but all is not lost.
Congress is currently battling to get a budget for the federal government passed this year, which presents us with a perfect opportunity to stanch the blood supply needed to implement this rule.
We need you to continue taking action and now demand that your reps REFUSE to support a budget that includes funding for this new rule change!
By staving off their funding and preventing a deal from being reached, the anti-gunners in Congress and the White House will have no option but to capitulate and stop their enactment of the ATF rule, at least for now.
While there are other avenues to kill this rule change, this is our most expedient and effective way for now, so we need all the help possible to make it successful.
If implemented, this rule change would impact up to 40 million people who own braces or brace-equipped firearms. This would be a major step towards the President’s goal of banning ALL semi-autos, laying the groundwork for registration and confiscation.
Today it is braces.
FRAC is another organization taking the legal fight to the BATFE, on several issues.
Tomorrow it is “assault weapons.”
Then all semi-autos.
If you think it is impossible, look to our neighbors in the north.
They WILL come for more. They WILL NOT stop here. We CANNOT give ground or let up!
The first step towards a full restoration of our rights is to stop their progress in its tracks, then we reverse the momentum.
But to do any of that we need everyone engaged and paying attention.
For now, our battlefield is in the realm of public option, the halls of legislative buildings, and the courtroom, so that is where we must fight.
Hopefully, that fight is won here, but regardless we will be ready.
